Here is my Easter Dinner Menu with all of the recipes. I love preparing a Leg of Lamb for Easter. Lamb is the quintessential Easter Dinner Entree. I decided on the Soft Polenta this year instead of potatoes just to shake it up a bit and it is a great accompaniment for any roasted meat.
