Crumb Topping for Pies and Tarts

Makes Enough for One 11” Tart with Some Left Over

3/4         Cup All-Purpose Flour

1/2      Cup Granulated Sugar

1/3      Cup Unsalted Butter at Room Temperature

Combine flour, sugar and butter with a fork until crumbly.  The crumbs should be between the size of a pea and a gum-ball.
