Makes 1 ½ Cups
1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard Powder (Such as Coleman’s)
1 Tablespoons White Wine
1 Cup Mayonnaise (Hellman’s)
½ Cup Dijon Mustard or Whole Grain Mustard
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
¼ Teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
½ Teaspoon Coarse Sea Salt
¼ Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
In a small bowl combine the dry mustard powder and white wine to make a paste. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk to combine.
