Makes 1 Drink
2 Ounces Kentucky Bourbon (Use Only the Best Quality)
½ Ounce Sweet Vermouth
1 Ounce Blood Orange Juice, Fresh Squeezed
4 Dashes Orange Bitters
1 Tablespoon Luxardo Cherry Juice
1 Teaspoon Simple Syrup
Orange Zest
Luxardo Cherries
Fill a drink shaker halfway with clear ice. Put all of the ingredients except the orange zest and the cherries into the shaker. Put the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for a minute. Strain the Old Fashion into a rocks glass that has one very large ice cube. Twist the orange zest over the drink, drop it in the drink and garnish with 3 Luxardo Cherries. (Luxardo Cherries a readily available on Amazon.com and at liquor stores.)
