A Perfect Menu for Easter and Passover

This year both Easter and Passover will be celebrated at the same time. I’ve come up with a menu that will satisfy all that celebrate these two holidays.

Roasted Yellow Beets, Blood Orange and Fennel Salad

 

Roasted Boneless Leg of Lamb

Potatoes Dauphinois

Asparagus Mimosa

 

Chocolate Truffle Cake
