The New Year is always a hope for good things to come – a new chapter in everyone’s life. I wish everyone love, peace happiness, health and prosperity in 2025.
Here is my menu for New Year’s Day. (I’m revisiting a menu I did several years ago with a few changes.) It includes that traditional New Year’s Day main feature – HAM! Beans (I’m serving Green Beans) and Cabbage are also traditional and I’ve included them in the menu. This New Year’s Day Menu is sure to please everyone. It’s a great menu for a large gathering and so much of it can be done in advance. Enjoy!
P.S. Remember, this is a fresh ham, not a smoked or cured ham. The best place to get one is to order it from your local butcher.
