Peanut Sauce

Makes 3 Cups

1          Cup Honey Roasted Peanuts (Preferably Planters Brand)

1          Cup Creamy Peanut Butter

¼         Cup Dark Brown Sugar

2          Tablespoons Crystalized Ginger

1          Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1          Teaspoon Onion Powder

1          Teaspoon Chili Powder

1          Teaspoon Chipotle Powder

1          Teaspoon Ancho Chili Powder

1          Teaspoon Coarse Sea Salt

3          Teaspoons Sesame Oil

½         Soy Sauce, Low Sodium

1          Teaspoon Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce

2          Teaspoons Rice Wine Vinegar

1          Cup Water

In the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade add the honey roasted peanuts and process until very finely ground. Add the peanut butter, sugar, ginger, all of the spices and the salt and process. Add the oil, soy, sriracha and vinegar and process. With the food processor running, add the water in a slow and steady stream through the feed tube and continue processing until smooth.

The consistency of the sauce should not be runny or super thick. If too thick add a bit more water.
