Crumb Topping No. 2

Makes Enough for One 11” Tart  or 10″ Pie with Some Left Over

1         Cup All-Purpose Flour

1/2     Cup Granulated Sugar

1/4     Cup Light Brown Sugar

1/2     Cup Unsalted Butter at Room Temperature

Combine flour, sugars and butter with a fork until crumbly.  The crumbs should be between the size of a pea and a gum-ball.
