Gingered Soy

Makes 1½ Cups

1          Cup Soy Sauce, Low Sodium

3          Tablespoons Crystalized Ginger, Minced

2          Garlic Cloves, Minced

1          Tablespoon Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed

1          Teaspoon Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce

1          Teaspoon Sesame Oil

1          Scallion, Green and White Parts, Finely Chopped

Add all ingredients together in a medium size bowl and mix together.

It’s that simple.

Store refrigerated forever.
